You look great in both photos, but I agree with the consensus that B&W provides a different mystique.
Of course, in the color photo, the snippet of visible pink bra strap is more prominent, which lends a bit more naughty to the balance of naughty/nice you do so well.

I hate to weasel on you, but it depends on what you are going for.
I always like b&W, there's mystery, seriousness. Yet the color pops out. Gives a sense of warmth and approachability.
